Status

Current status of the Cooperative.

In 1999 the Cooperative applied to the IRS for a conversion to a tax-exempt organization. It was granted not- for- profit status under section 501(A), described in the section 501C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and was accorded a foundation status classification: 509(A)(2).
